Write your first offer with Offers & Contracts

Updated November 3, 2026

Offers & Contracts fills the official Colorado Real Estate Commission forms from a sentence: type or say the offer, and it gathers the property, client and listing details, fills the form fields, and shows every change for you to approve. It never changes the printed text of a Commission form. You review, send it to your clients to sign on their phones, sign yourself, and deliver it to the listing agent.

  1. Start the offer

Press New offer, choose or add the client and the property, and optionally pick a template.

  2. Say the offer

Type it in plain words, for example price, earnest money, loan type, closing date and inclusions.

  3. Review

Approve each change and any drafted provision. Turn on Sources on the form tab to see where every filled field came from. The review before sending checks earnest money, pre-approval, concessions, weekend dates and deadline order.

  4. Sign and deliver

Send it to your clients to sign. Each signer confirms by a code, reads the whole form and signs; you sign in one tap. Then deliver it to the listing agent.

Questions

Which states does it work in?

Colorado only for now. Other states are coming.

Is the AI writing my contract?

It fills form fields and drafts additional provisions for you to accept. You approve every change before anything goes out.

Can I buy it without the rest of Kept in Touch?

Yes. Offers & Contracts on its own is free for 60 days; see the Contracts page.
