Make your free account

Press Save this search or the heart on any home, and enter your email and phone. That’s your account. Next time, sign in with a password or press Email me a link and open the link we send.

Save a search

Set the area, price, beds and anything else you want, then press Save this search and choose how often to hear about new homes: As it happens, Daily or Weekly.

Put the app on your phone and turn on alerts

The app opens straight to your homes and can tell you about a new listing the minute it hits the market, before most people see it.

• iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then Add. Open the app from your home screen and press Turn on instant alerts. iPhones only send alerts to installed apps, so this step matters.
• Android: press Turn on instant alerts on the site and allow notifications. Chrome also offers to install the app; tap Install or Add to Home screen.

Tell it what you think

On each home, press Love it, Maybe or Not for me. The more you do, the better your results get: homes you loved help pick what you see first, and homes marked Not for me are hidden. Your agent sees what you love, so they can help.

Shop with a partner

Buying with someone? Open Shop Together from your account menu and invite them. You’ll both see every home either of you saves, who loves what, and a comment thread on each one. When you’re ready, pick a few homes and press Plan a tour to ask your agent for showings.

Own a home? See what it’s worth

Use What’s my home worth? on the site’s home page. You’ll get an estimate from recent sales nearby, and a page for your home that keeps it up to date as the market moves.

Change or stop alerts

Every alert email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. To change how often you hear about a search, or to stop everything, open Manage Alerts from your account menu and press Unsubscribe from all alert emails. For texts, reply STOP.
