How-to

Connect your MLS listings

Updated November 3, 2026

Your site shows sample homes until your MLS approves you. Find your MLS in the MLS step (or Settings, Company & website) and follow its five steps. Approval usually takes days to a few weeks. Once live, listings update as often as the MLS sends them, about every 15 minutes on most feeds and hourly on MLS Grid, and saved-search alerts go out right after each update.

  1. Apply

We show where to apply and what to put on the form. You sign the MLS’s data license naming Kept in Touch as the vendor.

  2. The MLS approves you

This usually takes a few days to a few weeks.

  3. Connect the data

Enter the feed details the MLS sends and test the connection.

  4. Check the display rules

Review the notice shown under every listing, enter your office MLS ID, and confirm the settings match your MLS’s rules.

  5. Go live

    Real listings replace the samples.

Questions

Who pays the MLS’s fee?

The MLS’s own monthly fee for the feed is passed through at cost from your usage wallet, once the feed is live.

Listings look out of date. Why?

Open Help & feedback and ask Nadia when your feed last updated. She can see the last update and any error from the MLS.

Did this answer your question?

Thanks. That helps us fix what isn’t clear.

Still stuck? In the app, open Help & feedback from the menu under your name, and Nadia answers from your own account or sends it to a person. You can also email support@keptintouch.com.
