The usage wallet is a prepaid balance that pays your MLS’s own feed fee at cost, anything past your monthly allowance if you chose to keep going, and on Tools only every text and Nadia message. Every charge is a line in the wallet. If it runs empty, texting and Nadia pause; your site, CRM and email alerts keep working.
Open the wallet
Settings, then Billing & products.
Add money
Add $25, $50 or $100. The card is saved for reloads.
Turn on auto-reload
Under Auto-reload, the saved card is charged when the balance drops under $10. Set a monthly limit if you like.
Get it back
Press Refund to my card to return the unused balance in one click. Payments older than about 180 days can’t go back to a card; we send those by check on request.
