As of November 3, 2026, Follow Up Boss lists three plans: Grow at $69 per user a month, Pro at $499 a month including 10 users, and Platform at $1,000 a month including 30 users. Paying yearly cuts those to $58 per user, $416 and $833. There is a 14-day free trial and no contract (Follow Up Boss pricing, checked 2026-11-03).

- Grow: lead sources and website connections, lead distribution, Smart Lists, Action Plans for automated follow-up, calling, texting and email from the app, calendar and email sync, reporting and the mobile app. Calling is an add-on on Grow: $39 per user a month, or $33 billed yearly.
- Pro: everything in Grow, plus unlimited calling and texting for all users, team inboxes, call reporting, enhanced support and training, and personalized onboarding.
- Platform: everything in Pro, plus teams within teams, enhanced onboarding and priority support.
Every plan includes unlimited contacts, lead sources and integrations, seven-day phone and email support, and AI features at no extra charge: smart summaries, smart messages, suggested tasks and predictive lead prioritization on Pro and Platform.

What is not in the price
Follow Up Boss is a CRM. Its AI suggests replies and tasks for the agent; it does not describe an assistant that texts new leads on its own, so teams that want one add a partner.
