Open Settings, then Your move. It lists the steps for switch day: import your people, point each lead source here, move your phone number if you want to keep it, and turn off the old system’s automations so nobody gets two messages. Your old CRM keeps running until the day you switch.

Will I lose my notes and history?
No. Import brings people with their notes, stages, tags and tasks.
Does Kept in Touch sync with my old CRM?
No. Leads come in from their real sources: portals, your forms, the lead email address, Zapier and the API. Bring everyone over once with a CSV.
