How-to

Get leads from Zillow, Realtor.com and other sites

Updated November 3, 2026

Every brokerage has its own lead email address, shown under Settings, Lead sources. Forward lead emails from Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, your website or anywhere else to it, and each one becomes a person in the CRM, routed by your rules. Nadia reads formats no rule knows. Each agent also has their own version of the address, so a lead they paid for goes straight to them.

  1. Copy your address

Open Settings, then Lead sources, and copy the lead email address.

  2. Point each portal at it

In each portal’s settings, add the address as a lead email recipient, or set a forwarding rule in your email.

  3. Confirm Gmail forwarding

If you forward from Gmail, Gmail sends a confirmation email to the new address. Its link shows in Settings for you to press.

  4. Send a test

Send a test lead from the portal and check it appears on People.

Questions

A lead didn’t show up. What now?

Check the forwarding rule, then open Help & feedback and send it to us with the portal name and the time; we can see what arrived.

Did this answer your question?

Thanks. That helps us fix what isn’t clear.

Still stuck? In the app, open Help & feedback from the menu under your name, and Nadia answers from your own account or sends it to a person. You can also email support@keptintouch.com. You get a reply within one business day, and within two hours for anything urgent (8am to 6pm Mountain). Is something down for everyone? See live status.
