Open Settings, then Connected apps. Any brokerage on the CRM can make a Zapier key there without asking; its webhooks only go to Zapier. For your own software, API keys and the full reference are available on request from the same page. AI apps such as Claude or ChatGPT can work in your CRM, with your approval, from AI apps on your profile.
