Press Call on anyone to call them from your number; the call is logged on their timeline with its recording and an AI summary. To work a list, open the Dialer: we ring your phone once, you stay on the line, and each person is dialed in turn as you tap. When a voicemail answers, one tap plays your recorded message while you move to the next person. After each call pick an outcome; it logs the call and sets the next touch.
What the dialer won’t call
Anyone without a phone number, anyone on do not call, anyone already on a call with your team, anyone called from another list in the last 12 hours, and anyone outside calling hours (8am to 9pm in your brokerage’s time zone).
Without calling set up
The dialer still works in manual mode: you dial from your own phone, and it still queues, logs and sets the next touch. Owners set up numbers, recording and voicemail drop under Settings, Texting & calling.
