Route new leads to the right agent

Owners set this under Settings: Lead flow shows every source, how many leads it sends and who gets them; Lead routing & groups sets rules by source, city and price, with round robin inside a group and take-back if nobody answers; Ponds are shared pools the team, or a few members, claim from.

  1. See where leads come from

    Open Settings, then Lead flow.

  2. Make a group

    In Lead routing & groups, put the agents who share a kind of lead in a group.

  3. Add rules

    Send a source, city or price range to a person, a group (taking turns) or a pond.
