Owners open Settings, then Nadia, your assistant. There you choose which leads she starts with, what she may send on her own and what waits for an agent’s approval, the hours she sends in, and the moments she hands a person to you (asked for a person, ready to see a home, a hard question).

Pick her leads
Choose the sources or kinds of lead she works first.
Choose what needs approval
Leave first messages waiting for approval while you get to know her, then let her send on her own when you’re ready.
Set the hand-off
Choose who gets her hand-offs and how they’re told (push, text or email).
