Reply-Only never starts a conversation; it only answers. Watch Only reads and scores and sends nothing.
Take over and snooze
Take over pauses Nadia on that person so you can work them. Snooze pauses her for a set time. Take over when they ask for you, when it’s a negotiation, or when the panel says hot and you can call now.
