The best real estate CRM is the one your agents open every morning. For a team that already has a website and wants the most integrations, that is often Follow Up Boss. For a team that wants a website, CRM and lead follow-up from one vendor, it is an all-in-one platform such as Lofty, Sierra Interactive, Real Geeks, BoldTrail or Kept in Touch. For a solo agent on a tight budget, a simpler CRM such as Wise Agent may be enough. Below is each option with what its own pricing page says, and who it fits.
We make Kept in Touch, so weigh this accordingly. Every fact about another product links to that product's own page, with the date we checked it.

How to choose the best CRM for your team
1. Decide what you are really buying
A CRM alone, or a CRM plus a website, lead follow-up, pricing tools and contracts? A focused CRM plus four other tools can cost more, and needs more logins, than one platform. One platform can do less in any single area than the best specialist. Price both ways for your team size.
2. Measure speed to lead
The number a CRM can move most is time to first reply. Contact rates drop sharply after five minutes, according to the Lead Response Management Study by James Oldroyd of MIT and InsideSales.com (see our speed to lead statistics). Ask each vendor what happens to a new lead at 10 pm on a Saturday.
3. Look at the agent's morning, not the admin's dashboard
Agents need a short list of who to call and why. Ask for a demo of an agent's first five minutes in the app, on a phone.
4. Check texting and consent
Texting should come from numbers registered to your brokerage, wait for consent, respect quiet hours and honor STOP everywhere. See the TCPA explainer.
5. Add up the whole bill
Per-user prices, setup fees, annual agreements, calling add-ons, lead packages and the website. Write down the monthly total for your team at today's size and at twice the size.
Where Kept in Touch fits, and where it does not
Kept in Touch fits teams and brokerages that want their own home search site, a CRM, Nadia answering every lead in under a minute, ListLogic pricing and Offers & Contracts under one brand and one login. It is not the best fit if you only want a CRM and already love your website and other tools; in that case Follow Up Boss is a strong choice, and Nadia can work inside it. Offers & Contracts is live in Colorado only. Read more in what a real estate CRM is, Follow Up Boss pricing and the Follow Up Boss comparison.
