On iPhone, alerts only reach an app installed on the home screen: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, open it from there and press Turn on alerts. On Android, allow notifications for the site in Chrome. Then check which alerts you chose in your profile, and that Do Not Disturb or Focus isn’t hiding them.
