Plans and what they include

Every plan includes everything: Home Search, the CRM, Nadia, ListLogic, Offers & Contracts (Colorado for now), a number for every agent, and a monthly allowance of texts and call minutes for each agent, pooled across the brokerage. Plans differ by how many agents they include. Prices are on the plans page; switch products on or off under Settings, Billing & products.

Questions

Can I buy just Nadia, ListLogic or Contracts?

Yes, on the Tools only plan, with the CRM and site you already have: Nadia is $99 a month for the brokerage, ListLogic $39 per agent a month and Offers & Contracts $49 per agent a month.

When am I charged?

Nothing until the 30-day trial ends. Then the plan is billed to your card each month.
